this evening our truck is on the noble
eightfold path we are at the Cheng Yun
monastery in Carmel New York and they
tell me that it's November the 26th 2007
and this evenings talk is on the
mathematic ayah number 117 the great 40
the Maha Cheetara Sokka Souta
okay
the Savannah upon occasion blessed ones
days watching Egypt is broken and indeed
is Park dare he addressed the moms
that's mom's then we'll survey replied
the best advice that this mom I shall
teach you the noble right connectedness
with this horse and requisites listen
and attend closely to what I shall say
yes better will serve the most replied
Blessed One said this what must is noble
right collectiveness with its support
this recklessness that is what it does
is it goes through the path
okay the first part of the Navy for my
path is called the right view by the
standard definition and Polly is called
sama-sama is always translated as right
if it's transmitted as right we
naturally in this country take it to
mean that there's no right and wrong
it's black and white but actually so I
changed the wording and harmonious
perspective harmonious perspective
myself excuse me
the next part of the Eightfold Path is
called right thoughts again I change the
meaning of this thought is very
misunderstood word for what
not for the bird to use here so I call
it harmonious in injury and we'll get
into all of these in just a little bit
the next part of the full path is called
rate speech again I change that and I
say that this is harmonious
communication right speech and bias that
you have to verbalize to other people
our audience communication means that
you watch the verbalization in here on
mind now the next part of the Eightfold
Path they call it the right action that
more in just a little while the next
part I
this definition because they're talking
about livelihood you don't tell anybody
means you don't set off any poisons you
don't sell any stays and that's what
they call right likelihood and it has to
do with external things but the evil is
an internal process so I change the
definition again right effort if the
next part of the Eightfold Path and I
called that harmonious practice there's
four parts and looking into that the
next part of the Eightfold Path is
called the right mindfulness mindfulness
is the word that is used often some
people say it means your mind is full
when I heard a mom state but I call it
harmonious attention it makes it a
little bit more clear the last part of
this
is a very interesting part of the
Eightfold Path because it has always
been translated as right concentration
in this country when we talk about
concentration that means that you really
focus very hard don't let anything
distract you they talked about athletics
the concentration on innovation can be
the right word for this so I don't use
the word concentration very it's almost
what I do is they call it harmonious
collectiveness collective mind is a mind
that is still is very alert and calm
peaceful you can say well that's
concentration because of the difference
between what I'm teaching you break it
down and
it's too confusing during the time of
the Buddha this particular word right
concentration in poverty is called
silent Samadhi Samadhi is a word that's
been picked up by the Brahmins to mean
one point a classification and they were
very good at changing the meaning of
words right after the Buddha died during
the time of the Buddha there were many
other poly words that meant
concentration but he didn't use those
words he made up this word Samadhi to
mean something other than one wanted
concentration he was describing a
mindset that was different and the
difference is washing let go of the
so some of the other words a long time
looking in the source to come up with
exactly the right word that implies what
we're trying to teach okay when I just
is
says here noble concentration collective
is
I is the key to this part of your
understanding what proper perspective is
for her on his perspective right after
that creating clinging horizons that
your thoughts your opinions your ideas
your concepts
why you like or dislike that feeling is
the story everybody knows about the
story when something comes out your mind
takes off and starts taking this and
that deep meaning real off into your
attachment and the attachment is this is
my person these thoughts are lying these
feelings are mine this is who I am
I've said I am angry I am fearful I am
depressed that's all of the concepts and
stories about now you have your habitual
tendency your habitual tendency is any
kind of feeling like this arises and
that creating arises and
I always treated this way if sadness
arises and you don't wanna feel the
sadness you try to do something to make
that sadness go away identifying with
that feeling
you're taking it very personally
harmonious perspective means that you
let go of that I am that and see it as
it's only fear there's only anxiety it's
only it's only this idea of right
these pain arises what's the first thing
that you remind us I don't like it I
wanted to stop I want to go away I don't
want to be here I want to just leave me
alone
that's your story right about that pain
but what is pain pain is a concept just
with an automobile is a concept go out
in the parking lot and show me an hour
is it the headlights this isn't the
wheels
is it the steering wheel is it the door
is it the bumper is it the motor you see
this idea this concept of automobile is
a lot of little things
there's a lot actually
but there's a formula for
- posture one foot over the other and
then it says and this is where it's
wrong it says then he determined in his
mind when he was going to wake up and
then he wanted to stay on your
perspective whether you
this morning still I can't stand this be
on the moon there's no real practice of
harmonious
did occurring when you get into these
kind of sensations what's really
happening this is in a rose that's me
that's mine I don't like it I have to
scratch it last night we heard in the
discourse you're not is next door sorry
so what is it this actually a very
you're taking a feeling making it yours
personally and then and that leads
directly to more suffering you're not
learning did you sit there and say
is about four times for it to come did
you say that like that what do you do
with it it's my identification this is a
false idea this is what the system just
is part of the suitor that just read is
wrong views your wrong perspective just
taking things personal and trying to
control yours but the truth is it's not
yours you didn't you can change you for
a little period of time that it always
comes back what do you learn by giving
in
you need to be able to see how my
attention moves that's the whole point
of the meditation how does this work
change your perspective from the
instructions and the meditation
happening days ago I said when a
sensational rises the first thing you'll
notice is you start thinking about now
why are you actually trying to do you're
trying to control us the more you think
about feeling the bigger and more
intense so thinking about it doesn't
work this out on your own you're sitting
this is an all the kind of thing anytime
painful feeling arises then you try to
think
it is overpowering it turns into an
emergency it turns into this huge
mountain that you can't see any way
around so what are the instructions let
go of the thoughts about it and relax
now you see that that sensation is there
and you have tight mental this time that
you don't want there that's urgent but
the truth is when a sensation of
righteousness is there that's the truth
anytime you try to fight with the truth
anytime you tried to change the truth
anytime
this okay that means to control the pain
you're doing it to learn how your
attention moves what happens first what
happens that
what happens after that that game can
state that doesn't matter or it can go
away that doesn't matter what matters is
what you do in the present moment with
what arises to invite it if you try to
control it may be the way you want to be
you're going to look at a lot of
dissatisfaction dislike and suffering
yeah
with each other each other both people
are taking their own personal this is my
this is you you're seeing that their
anger is there now what happens to the
white things to fight these to tango
right if there's only one fighting then
that disappears and when it disappears
the real problem is and it's surprising
how different it is than what they're
talking about what's what you're trying
to do is try to control and make them be
as particular way and you can't use this
as a stick the whole point is right now
to allow not to control so he relaxed
the intention is always a smile come
back here object and then take your mind
will be a go back to it again that's up
to you
I mean that's that's the way it's going
to work for a little while as you do
that offering over it then that's
laughs stop but you can't do it just one
time and say well this don't work that
that's work it doesn't work on your time
frame
the fastest way that I had run across in
many years of doing meditation and many
years of surgery the fastest way to
change your perspective from I'm sad I'm
upset
whatever the catch of the day is - it's
only that the fastest way to let go of
that painful perspective and see the
impersonal perspective is not just
and when that doesn't match we have a
look at the pain you caused yourself B
doesn't that so what we have to do we
have to laugh a comment we're trying so
hard to meet the way we want to be all
of a sudden it's not my thing my sadness
my anger it's only the spring this
sadness this anger
anymore
yes and when you do that you give space
I love there's squeezed tight let go of
those muscles holding this how would you
do that it's recognizing that there's
tightness relaxing that tightness that
means over here it's not big and it's
not particularly strong it is
particularly persistent so that's that's
how you did things go yes yes there is a
membrane wrapped around your brain every
time there's a thought every time
there's
everything that I try to think and bring
this instance from this book
so dinner is absolutely essential for
spiritual progress you see people trying
so hard I've been to a lot of retreats
and walk into the meditation hall that
nice new people and Fragonard and I look
at that the next day for people I have
students that go on practice with other
people but they develop the habit of
smiling top state and they go into range
read everybody else's and you're sitting
there smiling and people walk up to come
and see what are you doing you know this
is supposed to being work why are you
smiling
because it's fun being Asian is supposed
to
we're before you practice this there
yourself
this is called grief it's natural
what you do with that provides is
dictates how much you so
so that's the key it has to be okay
because it happened
your mind is tiny freaks out that's all
kinds of weird things all of those
things are fine as long as you don't
take that personally but it takes
practice to do this now so many - let me
finish - my animal act I mean it was a
father mother favorite person and moral
fiber of course there's gonna be sadness
of course there's going to be discipline
of course there's gonna be tears and all
of that is alright now I used to work
with people in the hospice
how sorrowful they are nested about that
it really is thing or something very
much so why did they tell them to do
don't fight the baby
don't resist the band this is where
crossing them in a book the acronym
drops don't resist or allow those demons
to be there and relax into that and it's
kinda stayed for a little while I was
flying some people today I was with one
person she was very much and she was
very sad and then she got a call from
the
the corner saying that she had to come
to the Lord in Spanish art for to be
very well mangled up and she holding up
and said what are you supposed to do to
this and I said you know you have to
love your heart to eat do you have to
allow that feeling and that
dissatisfaction and display of the
situation to be there and allow it to be
there every thought kind of changing you
have to practice props don't resist or
push soft in your mind and I just
changed that to smile but in a situation
like this is difficult to smile but I
said just feed your mind as soft as
meditation while you're doing that I'll
go down a little more with you on that
can't go in there because that's your
moment you need to find yourself I'll be
outside
I'll be sitting in loving kindness to
you and radiating and accept any mind so
she went in and she saw the lovely
little daughter and gold and recognized
the best that had happened and there
were tears the tears she didn't cry
stopped anything she tried to keep her
mind as open as possible
now this is a tragedy the manger I told
her don't stop don't stop
but she had to stop lending herself
wasn't her fault it's just the way
things worked out well I should have
been more watchful notion you were being
a good parent just that
both of us now every time I stop her
after that she had practiced and really
taken to heart allowing the feelings to
come up and be there by themselves tend
to be accented she didn't get so much in
herself anymore or causing herself more
upset to be there because it was the
truth it was there and in about a month
all of a sudden she said you know I
still miss my daughter but it's okay it
doesn't hurt so much she let go of the
identification of the thoughts and
feelings that doesn't mean
she's not carrying that because our mind
is getting very clear she started
working with the hospice and she was
great because
it's all in the perspective it's all
that in your view of how things are as
you evolve out of the space for things
to be and say this is being this is mine
this is who I am if you start relaxing
and letting the tensions and the
practices that you're thinking about how
to control that change our perspective
leads directly to the station this is a
manger realization that everything that
arises in your mind and in your
is part of an impersonal process and
it's easy to say and hard to realize why
is it hard because we have color
opinions that are concepts to our
reviews and we don't like to have them
disturb and because we don't like to
have disturbed we keep having more and
more suffering and the length becomes a
real hassle
and you relax into whatever arises that
is the road there's times that you're
gonna be knocked off balance
that's just another challenge another
change of perspective
with somebody that doesn't do any
meditation their life is full of
coasters you begin to learn how to
change your perspective it's not the
highs and lows before long is just by
building waves that come through this is
called gaining perspective and it's also
called equanimity now this is really
important stuff for your own happiness I
used to work in jails prisons security
and
years occasionally when I came in I
started talking to them about
loving-kindness and how not to get angry
just because somebody does something you
don't like and it started digging into
heart this father he was he's big he's a
great big pile of spaces you know the
man came into myself and for no reason
at all we just started breaking
everything and throwing everything
outside and always before
see the changes in their face and then
they asked me to start coming once a
week I would give them support and
before long they started in refugees
now they have a building that's just for
meditators because they might be in
trouble that's great stuff this stuff
works now the next part of these is
called you have something happened and
you don't like it you bring up an image
of dissatisfaction at this fight right
but what we want to do is have
harmonious images arise as much as we
can that's one of the reasons that are
trying to get you to smile more because
it has
I went to Australia Malaysia I left on
the longest day of the year in Malaysia
the shortest day of the year in
Australia is oh I wasn't prepared at all
we'll take care of you when I was Elena
I had for two years and I came back to
the name
mother Anderson so I told her I'd work
at the nursing home
she gave me $100 relief during this time
I started helping to create a hospice in
the area I was teaching meditation in a
town that was 30 miles away
it's $35 a week
$50 for $35 I was getting $10 a week to
a monastery
so when you start holding images in your
mind of happiness and you start
practicing you start loving holding
images of kindness stand back watch the
miracle
so I went to see this man just had a
stroke because I had worked at the
nursing home and and the people that
agree in comments I understood that they
can hear you but they can't necessarily
respond to you and if you put your hand
on their forehead or put your hand on
their heart and you talk to them
mentally you
as I was trying to do and I was walking
out of the hospital this man came up and
said my mother just had surgery on her
stomach for cancer she's still in the
news so I walked in she can't hear
anything she was knocked out so we're
going to just stand here every decent
loving kindness to her she had oxygen
mask that was clear and after about 10
minutes closing my eyes and reading lot
of times
happened in the world there's no
as you hold images that are uplifting
and happy you start affecting the world
around you in positive way and it's
practice that's what this is all about
now the next part of the Eightfold Path
is called harmonious community they call
that speech in this particular text it
talks about speed these are part of
morality much attention job so what
they're in essence saying is let's
practice that I hope that this is an
argument between scholar amongst and
practicing law stuff and why
I was practicing my say you can't cut a
path and it's powered by there's only
morality are already being moral by
practicing but if you go back to the
original that were very very good speech
criticism is there how much pain to
become ourselves because we communicate
so for Edith I saw one of the reasons
they tell you to do the meditation first
are presenting
to yourself do you think they tell you
to do that you don't realize that you're
one of the good guys you now have to
realize that and you have to start being
kind to yourself and using words to
yourself about yourself that are
uplifting that are in a harmony that
other you need to communicate please
come for yourself and you need to
appreciate yourself and not yourself
that's why the speech is all about and
when you do that for yourself one of the
things that we do say is that when a
person truly loves themself they will
never
about how hard we are salts about
ourselves that's funny
itself and when you laugh that changes
the perspective and you start to see
it's watching how - attention works with
your daddy it's being in harmony with
your dance practice daily agenda let's
go back to the harmonies communication I
know on these post there's a lot of very
harsh speech that occurs and people like
to use that horse pee they use a lot of
words that are hardened here and then
cause other people to BSF her speech is
something that we need to bring
don't use curse words for any reason if
you imagine the shock I had when I came
back after the way through 12 years and
television they're using curse words
yeah that's great something you know on
some radio stations they're even using
the f-word what is that there's no need
for that kind of thing so we want to
lose that our vocabulary yeah
yes
yes there's a lot of discipline not to
be caught dead and somebody else starts
doing that you can collect
I don't need that kind of language this
is important there he is
because what kind of images do you home
in your mind somebody gives you those
kinda words
okay now the next they call it by an
effort and harmonious practice his
practice is recognizing
never practice something that needs to
be practiced
as you begin to get better and better at
that you'll start to see your mind tends
towards more and more positive images
more positive actions the next part of
the Eightfold Path is called harmonious
observation right mindfulness observing
it's remembering a lot of people will
have an awful lot of definitions
observe how your mind goes back
the more you observe how his attention
works the more closer to your planet
becomes the faster you recognize the
distraction times started go as the race
walk you start staying on neurotic that
attention for a longer period of time
and that is where is really desires
being able to understand how tension
you understand this becomes a state it
becomes really really fun it does now
you try this it's not going long thing
now you starting to understand this
whole process and you started seeing
detail observing how these days of
practice it's not me I've been doing
this stuff for thirty years I still get
fascinated by
for 30 years be smart not to see it
so your observation power is very very
necessary and last part of the whole
body this is where your mind becomes
Campos as you stay under active
medication for longer periods of time
then you started noticing
that's to go deeper in meditation you
stay in addition for the author you
started saying
they aren't very teacher
there's into that story about this
pattern up into the mountains the king
he started meditating
to eat let's talk and the other said
aren't you afraid of me
it's just you stop laughing
acting's you start laughing
the six hours when you practice practice
and you are practicing the entire
start smiling the things turn back in
with my mother she how she's supposed to
laugh go stand down she's one of the
happiest people I've ever seen she's our
age
within two years
you have a heart attack
whatever why is that happen because of
all the contraction around these toxins
is because of demanding the reality
to expect
three main ingredients at all
for the acquisition of all happiness

to do is try to control and make them be
as particular way and you can't use this
as a stick the whole point is right now
to allow not to control so he relaxed
the intention is always a smile come
back here object and then take your mind
will be a go back to it again that's up
to you
I mean that's that's the way it's going
to work for a little while as you do
that offering over it then that's
laughs stop but you can't do it just one
time and say well this don't work that
that's work it doesn't work on your time
frame
the fastest way that I had run across in
many years of doing meditation and many
years of surgery the fastest way to
change your perspective from I'm sad I'm
upset
whatever the catch of the day is - it's
only that the fastest way to let go of
that painful perspective and see the
impersonal perspective is not just
and when that doesn't match we have a
look at the pain you caused yourself B
doesn't that so what we have to do we
have to laugh a comment we're trying so
hard to meet the way we want to be all
of a sudden it's not my thing my sadness
my anger it's only the spring this
sadness this anger
anymore
yes and when you do that you give space
I love there's squeezed tight let go of
those muscles holding this how would you
do that it's recognizing that there's
tightness relaxing that tightness that
means over here it's not big and it's
not particularly strong it is
particularly persistent so that's that's
how you did things go yes yes there is a
membrane wrapped around your brain every
time there's a thought every time
there's
everything that I try to think and bring
this instance from this book
so dinner is absolutely essential for
spiritual progress you see people trying
so hard I've been to a lot of retreats
and walk into the meditation hall that
nice new people and Fragonard and I look
at that the next day for people I have
students that go on practice with other
people but they develop the habit of
smiling top state and they go into range
read everybody else's and you're sitting
there smiling and people walk up to come
and see what are you doing you know this
is supposed to being work why are you
smiling
because it's fun being Asian is supposed
to
we're before you practice this there
yourself
this is called grief it's natural
what you do with that provides is
dictates how much you so
so that's the key it has to be okay
because it happened
your mind is tiny freaks out that's all
kinds of weird things all of those
things are fine as long as you don't
take that personally but it takes
practice to do this now so many - let me
finish - my animal act I mean it was a
father mother favorite person and moral
fiber of course there's gonna be sadness
of course there's going to be discipline
of course there's gonna be tears and all
of that is alright now I used to work
with people in the hospice
how sorrowful they are nested about that
it really is thing or something very
much so why did they tell them to do
don't fight the baby
don't resist the band this is where
crossing them in a book the acronym
drops don't resist or allow those demons
to be there and relax into that and it's
kinda stayed for a little while I was
flying some people today I was with one
person she was very much and she was
very sad and then she got a call from
the
the corner saying that she had to come
to the Lord in Spanish art for to be
very well mangled up and she holding up
and said what are you supposed to do to
this and I said you know you have to
love your heart to eat do you have to
allow that feeling and that
dissatisfaction and display of the
situation to be there and allow it to be
there every thought kind of changing you
have to practice props don't resist or
push soft in your mind and I just
changed that to smile but in a situation
like this is difficult to smile but I
said just feed your mind as soft as
meditation while you're doing that I'll
go down a little more with you on that
can't go in there because that's your
moment you need to find yourself I'll be
outside
I'll be sitting in loving kindness to
you and radiating and accept any mind so
she went in and she saw the lovely
little daughter and gold and recognized
the best that had happened and there
were tears the tears she didn't cry
stopped anything she tried to keep her
mind as open as possible
now this is a tragedy the manger I told
her don't stop don't stop
but she had to stop lending herself
wasn't her fault it's just the way
things worked out well I should have
been more watchful notion you were being
a good parent just that
both of us now every time I stop her
after that she had practiced and really
taken to heart allowing the feelings to
come up and be there by themselves tend
to be accented she didn't get so much in
herself anymore or causing herself more
upset to be there because it was the
truth it was there and in about a month
all of a sudden she said you know I
still miss my daughter but it's okay it
doesn't hurt so much she let go of the
identification of the thoughts and
feelings that doesn't mean
she's not carrying that because our mind
is getting very clear she started
working with the hospice and she was
great because
it's all in the perspective it's all
that in your view of how things are as
you evolve out of the space for things
to be and say this is being this is mine
this is who I am if you start relaxing
and letting the tensions and the
practices that you're thinking about how
to control that change our perspective
leads directly to the station this is a
manger realization that everything that
arises in your mind and in your
is part of an impersonal process and
it's easy to say and hard to realize why
is it hard because we have color
opinions that are concepts to our
reviews and we don't like to have them
disturb and because we don't like to
have disturbed we keep having more and
more suffering and the length becomes a
real hassle
and you relax into whatever arises that
is the road there's times that you're
gonna be knocked off balance
that's just another challenge another
change of perspective
with somebody that doesn't do any
meditation their life is full of
coasters you begin to learn how to
change your perspective it's not the
highs and lows before long is just by
building waves that come through this is
called gaining perspective and it's also
called equanimity now this is really
important stuff for your own happiness I
used to work in jails prisons security
and
years occasionally when I came in I
started talking to them about
loving-kindness and how not to get angry
just because somebody does something you
don't like and it started digging into
heart this father he was he's big he's a
great big pile of spaces you know the
man came into myself and for no reason
at all we just started breaking
everything and throwing everything
outside and always before
see the changes in their face and then
they asked me to start coming once a
week I would give them support and
before long they started in refugees
now they have a building that's just for
meditators because they might be in
trouble that's great stuff this stuff
works now the next part of these is
called you have something happened and
you don't like it you bring up an image
of dissatisfaction at this fight right
but what we want to do is have
harmonious images arise as much as we
can that's one of the reasons that are
trying to get you to smile more because
it has
I went to Australia Malaysia I left on
the longest day of the year in Malaysia
the shortest day of the year in
Australia is oh I wasn't prepared at all
we'll take care of you when I was Elena
I had for two years and I came back to
the name
mother Anderson so I told her I'd work
at the nursing home
she gave me $100 relief during this time
I started helping to create a hospice in
the area I was teaching meditation in a
town that was 30 miles away
it's $35 a week
$50 for $35 I was getting $10 a week to
a monastery
so when you start holding images in your
mind of happiness and you start
practicing you start loving holding
images of kindness stand back watch the
miracle
so I went to see this man just had a
stroke because I had worked at the
nursing home and and the people that
agree in comments I understood that they
can hear you but they can't necessarily
respond to you and if you put your hand
on their forehead or put your hand on
their heart and you talk to them
mentally you
as I was trying to do and I was walking
out of the hospital this man came up and
said my mother just had surgery on her
stomach for cancer she's still in the
news so I walked in she can't hear
anything she was knocked out so we're
going to just stand here every decent
loving kindness to her she had oxygen
mask that was clear and after about 10
minutes closing my eyes and reading lot
of times
happened in the world there's no
as you hold images that are uplifting
and happy you start affecting the world
around you in positive way and it's
practice that's what this is all about
now the next part of the Eightfold Path
is called harmonious community they call
that speech in this particular text it
talks about speed these are part of
morality much attention job so what
they're in essence saying is let's
practice that I hope that this is an
argument between scholar amongst and
practicing law stuff and why
I was practicing my say you can't cut a
path and it's powered by there's only
morality are already being moral by
practicing but if you go back to the
original that were very very good speech
criticism is there how much pain to
become ourselves because we communicate
so for Edith I saw one of the reasons
they tell you to do the meditation first
are presenting
to yourself do you think they tell you
to do that you don't realize that you're
one of the good guys you now have to
realize that and you have to start being
kind to yourself and using words to
yourself about yourself that are
uplifting that are in a harmony that
other you need to communicate please
come for yourself and you need to
appreciate yourself and not yourself
that's why the speech is all about and
when you do that for yourself one of the
things that we do say is that when a
person truly loves themself they will
never
about how hard we are salts about
ourselves that's funny
itself and when you laugh that changes
the perspective and you start to see
it's watching how - attention works with
your daddy it's being in harmony with
your dance practice daily agenda let's
go back to the harmonies communication I
know on these post there's a lot of very
harsh speech that occurs and people like
to use that horse pee they use a lot of
words that are hardened here and then
cause other people to BSF her speech is
something that we need to bring
don't use curse words for any reason if
you imagine the shock I had when I came
back after the way through 12 years and
television they're using curse words
yeah that's great something you know on
some radio stations they're even using
the f-word what is that there's no need
for that kind of thing so we want to
lose that our vocabulary yeah
yes
yes there's a lot of discipline not to
be caught dead and somebody else starts
doing that you can collect
I don't need that kind of language this
is important there he is
because what kind of images do you home
in your mind somebody gives you those
kinda words
okay now the next they call it by an
effort and harmonious practice his
practice is recognizing
never practice something that needs to
be practiced
as you begin to get better and better at
that you'll start to see your mind tends
towards more and more positive images
more positive actions the next part of
the Eightfold Path is called harmonious
observation right mindfulness observing
it's remembering a lot of people will
have an awful lot of definitions
observe how your mind goes back
the more you observe how his attention
works the more closer to your planet
becomes the faster you recognize the
distraction times started go as the race
walk you start staying on neurotic that
attention for a longer period of time
and that is where is really desires
being able to understand how tension
you understand this becomes a state it
becomes really really fun it does now
you try this it's not going long thing
now you starting to understand this
whole process and you started seeing
detail observing how these days of
practice it's not me I've been doing
this stuff for thirty years I still get
fascinated by
for 30 years be smart not to see it
so your observation power is very very
necessary and last part of the whole
body this is where your mind becomes
Campos as you stay under active
medication for longer periods of time
then you started noticing
that's to go deeper in meditation you
stay in addition for the author you
started saying
they aren't very teacher
there's into that story about this
pattern up into the mountains the king
he started meditating
to eat let's talk and the other said
aren't you afraid of me
it's just you stop laughing
acting's you start laughing
the six hours when you practice practice
and you are practicing the entire
start smiling the things turn back in
with my mother she how she's supposed to
laugh go stand down she's one of the
happiest people I've ever seen she's our
age
within two years
you have a heart attack
whatever why is that happen because of
all the contraction around these toxins
is because of demanding the reality
to expect
three main ingredients at all
for the acquisition of all happiness
